Celebrity Millennium dropped Mt Fuji (Shimizu) on its current Japan cruise and stayed in Kagoshima for a second day. Celebrity's onboard guest letter cites Typhoon Dujuan. Kagoshima runs Sep. 19 from 7am through Sep. 20 at 5pm, then a sea day, with Tokyo arrival at 8am on Sep. 22. Prepaid Shimizu tours refund as onboard credit.
Celebrity Beyond's Sep. 20 Miami sailing swaps port order. Grand Cayman moves to Day 4, 10:00am to 4:30pm by tender. Cozumel moves to Day 5, 11:00am to 7:30pm. CocoCay and Nassau times shift too. Prepaid Celebrity shore excursions get rescheduled or refunded. Mobility scooter users should read the tender note for Grand Cayman.
Oasis of the Seas returns to Cape Liberty around 2pm on Sunday Sep. 20, about eight hours late. Debarkation starts around 2:30pm. The next sailing boards late, Port Canaveral on Tuesday is cancelled, and Royal is issuing onboard credit plus flight and internet help.
Ruby Princess drops Nawiliwili, Kauai, on Sep. 22 during its current 16-night Hawaii cruise from San Francisco. Hurricane Lowell damage forced the cut. The ship arrives Honolulu about 8am on Sep. 22 and stays overnight until the scheduled 11pm departure on Sep. 23. Princess refunds Kauai shore excursions to the original payment method.
Carnival opened 2028-29 Galveston bookings on Sep. 17 with Carnival Jubilee's first regular four- and five-day Excel-class sailings from Texas. Four-day Cozumel trips leave select Thursdays from Apr. 27, 2028. Five-day Cozumel and Progreso trips leave select Saturdays and Mondays from Apr. 17, 2028 through April 2029.
Disney Believe's first of three gigablocks floated out of Meyer Werft Hall 6 in Papenburg. Cruise Hive and the Disney Cruise Line Blog reported the midship section, including the Grand Hall structure, on Sep. 19, 2026. Disney still lists a late calendar 2027 debut with no homeport or itineraries published.
The former Costa Fortuna is already moving as Margaritaville at Sea Beachcomber. Cruise Industry News reported the rename and Portuguese reflag after a mid-September Brindisi call, with Gibraltar due Sep. 21, then a Harland and Wolff refit in Belfast. Miami revenue service starts in January 2027. Galveston follows in October 2027.
