Voyager of the Seas has cancelled Puerto Vallarta on Tuesday 13 Oct because of Hurricane Simon. The 8-night Mexican Riviera left Los Angeles on Thursday 8 Oct. Tuesday is now a second Cabo San Lucas call, 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. The first Cabo call was Saturday 10 Oct, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Before embarkation, Catalina Island and Mazatlan were already dropped, and Cabo moved from Sunday to Saturday. The cruise visits one destination twice. Los Angeles return stays Friday 16 Oct. Cruise Hive, The Travel, and Nautical Flock quote a Royal Caribbean letter. Non-refundable onboard credit is $50 per inside or oceanview stateroom, $100 for a balcony, and $250 for a suite, plus $25 for each third or fourth guest. Cabo shore excursions for the second visit are 20 percent off. Puerto Vallarta tours bought through Royal Caribbean are cancelled and refunded onboard. No Royal Caribbean PDF of the letter was found. National Hurricane Center Advisory 22 at 2:00 p.m. MST on 12 Oct put Simon at 100 mph, with a hurricane watch from Cabo Corrientes to Bahia Tempehuaya.

Norwegian Cruise Line is investigating fraudulent emails that include a real name, ship, sail date, and booking number, then ask for a card check or a check-in link. Cruise Hive, Calvin Musquez, 12 Oct, says reports started on 10 Oct and that the line will warn guests departing within 30 days. Nautical Flock on 13 Oct quotes an on-site advisory: do not click, reply, or give payment information, and official mail comes from @ncl.com, @e.ncl.com, or @nclcorp.com. Reservation questions go to a travel advisor or 866-234-7350. Norwegian has not confirmed a data breach or how the details were obtained. A May 2025 phone scam in an older Cruise Hive report is a separate case.

Disney Believe's 18 Dec 2027 maiden voyage lists from $6,444 for two adults inside and $17,074 for two in Concierge on the Disney Cruise Line Blog's 8 Oct opening-day grid. Taxes, fees, and port expenses for two are included in those figures. The lowest inside fare on that grid is $2,683, on the 20 Jan 2028 four-night cruise. Later five-night Bahamas cruises to the same three ports start at $3,444 inside. The maiden deposit is 10 percent, non-refundable, and due by 11:59 p.m. ET on the booking day. Vacation Protection has to be paid at booking. The primary guest must stay on the reservation. A date change means cancel and rebook. Platinum Castaway Club booking opened at 8 a.m. ET on 13 Oct. Public booking opens 19 Oct. The homeport story still holds the venue details. This post did not reload a logged-in Disney fare on 13 Oct.

If you are on Voyager, treat Tuesday as Cabo and watch SeaPass for the credit. If a Norwegian email asks for a card, open ncl.com yourself. If you are pricing Disney Believe, read the maiden deposit before you pay, and compare it with a later sailing on the same grid.
