Fares for Disney Believe are on the board. The Disney Cruise Line Blog, Scott Sanders, 8 Oct 2026, copied opening-day prices off Disney’s website. The 18 Dec 2027 maiden voyage lists at $6,444 for two adults in an inside cabin. Concierge on that sailing lists at $17,074 for two.
WDW News Today, the same day, and CruiseNews.io, Jed Stafford, 13 Oct 2026, print those two figures. The homeport story said no fares were published yet. Ship details, including Encanto and the new dining room, stay on that page. This one is the price, the booking window, and the maiden fine print.
The blog says the prices include taxes, fees, and port expenses for two adults. It also says the grid is a snapshot. Cabins sell, and prices move. This post did not open a logged-in Disney booking screen on 13 Oct. CruiseNews.io was still printing $6,444, and the $2,683 floor, that day.
What does the maiden voyage cost?

It is five nights from Port Everglades. The blog’s port line is Lookout Cay, Castaway Cay, a sea day, and Nassau. The same post says the port order may still need a check. Read the live itinerary in your booking window before you lock flights around a specific island day.
What does the rest of the season cost?
WDW News Today counts 29 inaugural-season sailings from Port Everglades. PAX, 9 Oct 2026, says 29 sailings through May 2028. CruiseNews.io says the run goes through 6 May 2028. The product is four- and five-night Bahamas and Western Caribbean cruises.
The lowest inside fare on the 8 Oct grid is $2,683 for two. That is the 20 Jan 2028 four-night cruise, Nassau and Lookout Cay. The same row is oceanview $2,987, verandah $3,315, and Concierge $6,699. WDW News Today and CruiseNews.io use $2,683 as the advertised floor for that itinerary. Other departures on that route are higher on the blog’s grid. $2,683 is the 20 Jan sailing.
Ten later five-night Bahamas cruises call the same three places as the maiden voyage. The blog’s lowest inside fare on those is $3,444, on 10 Jan 2028 and on 24 Jan 2028. CruiseNews.io says those ten start at $3,444 inside.
Holiday weeks on the same grid sit much closer to the maiden price.

The $3,180 figure is the 15 Jan Western Caribbean sailing. WDW News Today lists that Western Caribbean group as starting at $3,180. The blog’s own row for 31 Dec is $6,030 inside.
A 5 Jan 2028 row on the blog is marked DVC, with no dollar fare. CruiseNews.io calls that a Disney Vacation Club member-exclusive First Wave cruise and says reservations open 21 Nov 2026. The 21 Nov date is CruiseNews.io’s. The blog does not print it.

Deep Arrival, updated 11 Oct, says a travel-trade briefing also lists Golden Oak residents and Club 33 members for 13 Oct. It does not print their hour or their booking channel. If that is your membership, confirm the path with the program. The other sources read here do not list those two groups.

Adventure Insiders call (800) 951-3532 or a travel advisor. CruiseNews.io and Deep Arrival print the same two numbers.
What is different about the maiden deposit?
WDW News Today lists these rules for the 18 Dec 2027 sailing. CruiseNews.io on 13 Oct and Deep Arrival, updated 11 Oct, match them. PAX had already flagged a non-refundable 10 percent deposit and limits on changing the date. Disney’s 7 Oct newsroom post, linked from the homeport story, does not print the rules.
Pay a 10 percent deposit by 11:59 p.m. ET on the day you book. That deposit is non-refundable once paid.
Final payment is due 120 days before sailing for suites and Concierge. It is due 90 days before sailing for other categories.
If you want the Disney Cruise Line Vacation Protection Plan, buy it and pay for it in full when you book the maiden voyage. You cannot add it later.
The primary guest has to stay on the reservation. If that guest comes off, Disney cancels the booking, subject to the cancellation fees.
You cannot move the date in place. You cancel, and you book the new date as a new reservation.
The maiden booking cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or future cruise credits.
An existing reservation can be moved onto the maiden voyage. WDW News Today states that allowance. CruiseNews.io says existing reservations may be transferred to the inaugural cruise.
Deep Arrival says Disney labels the non-refundable 10 percent deposit as a maiden-voyage rule. Read the terms on the sailing you pick. Do not paste this deposit rule onto a later Believe cruise until that sailing says the same thing.
What this means for you
If you are Platinum, your window opened at 8 a.m. ET today. Gold is Wednesday 14 Oct. If you have no early window, the public opening is Monday 19 Oct at 8 a.m. ET. Read the maiden rules before you pay 10 percent you cannot get back. If the goal is the ship and these three ports, the 8 Oct grid lists later five-night Bahamas cruises from $3,444 inside, against $6,444 for the maiden inside cabin.
