Norwegian Cruise Line opened Norwegian Bella for sale on 20 Oct 2026. The sale release calls her the sixth and final Prima-class ship, about 1,129 feet and about 170,000 gross tons, with 3,921 guests at double occupancy. Seven-day round-trip Mediterranean cruises from Barcelona begin in May 2028. The release names Rome, Florence, and Salerno, plus Marseille and Palma de Mallorca. It does not name a delivery day, a maiden voyage, or a Fincantieri yard. The US ship page matches 3,921 guests and adds 1,757 crew. The India page showed 3,901 guests. The June 2026 10-Q still lists the 2028 ship as unnamed, at about 3,880 berths, and says those figures are preliminary. Seatrade prints Civitavecchia and Livorno and says the yard is Monfalcone. Cruise Hive adds La Spezia, says the yard is Marghera, and reports a 2 May 2028 Malta to Barcelona sailing that the line has not labeled as the maiden. Those yard names do not match.

Oasis of the Seas left Cape Liberty in Bayonne on Sunday 18 Oct 2026. The week was booked for Port Canaveral, Perfect Day at CocoCay, and Nassau. Cruise Industry News on 20 Oct prints a pre-departure statement that sends the ship to Halifax because of weather off the East Coast. Cruise Hive on 19 Oct prints a later letter. Halifax now runs from 6 p.m. Tuesday 20 Oct to 6 p.m. Wednesday 21 Oct. The first plan was 6 p.m. Tuesday to 8 a.m. Wednesday. The ship returns to Cape Liberty on Sunday 25 Oct, at about 6 a.m. in that later report. Refundable onboard credit for the first two guests is $200 per person inside or oceanview, $300 for a balcony, and $600 for a suite. The 18 Oct Cruise Hive report also puts neighborhood balcony at $300. Each later guest gets $100. A 50 percent future cruise credit for each paid guest is issued by 1 Nov 2026, for a sailing booked by 18 Oct 2027. Prepaid Royal Caribbean tours for the cancelled ports refund as onboard credit. Canada needs different documents, and some nationalities may need a visa. The September Oasis post on this site is a different sailing.

Carnival Spirit's Seattle-to-Mobile cruise lost Puntarenas on Saturday 17 Oct 2026. Cruise Industry News on 20 Oct quotes Captain Lorenzo Calogero. A wider route around Hurricane Trudy met opposing currents, and the ship missed the entry window. The Panama Canal transit on Monday 19 Oct went ahead. Cartagena on Tuesday 20 Oct is the only port call left. The ship then spends four days cruising the Caribbean before Mobile. Carnival-booked Puntarenas excursions refund to the onboard account. That report does not print a fare refund or a new flat credit for Costa Rica. The earlier Seattle delay, already on this site, is the cruise that left a day late and dropped Cabo. Cruise Radio on 6 Oct reported a one-day prorated fare refund, $250 onboard credit per stateroom, and up to $200 per person for travel changes for that delay.

MSC opened bookings for a 119-night 2029 World Cruise on MSC Magnifica. The press release, datelined 12 Oct 2026, and the 19 Oct reports from TravelPulse and Cruise Industry News, say the route covers 45 destinations in 21 countries, with nine overnight calls. You can embark in Civitavecchia on 4 Jan 2029, or in Genoa, Marseille, or Barcelona. The fare includes 15 excursions, a Dine and Drink package at lunch and dinner, and 30 percent off laundry. Classic Voyagers Club members and above get 5 percent off. Members who book by 19 Nov earn triple points. The release does not print the year on that date, and it does not print a fare. TravelPulse calls the cruise round-trip. The release does not name the return port.

If you want Norwegian Bella, use the sale release for the size and the Barcelona ports, and do not treat 2 May as a maiden date. If you are on Oasis, use the Wednesday 6 p.m. Halifax departure and check your documents. If you are on Spirit, Cartagena is the port, and the Puntarenas money in the new report is the tour refund. If you want the MSC world cruise, open the booking before you treat any price as real.
