Carnival Panorama's eight-night Mexican Riviera left Long Beach on Saturday 10 Oct 2026. Puerto Vallarta and Mazatlán are cancelled because of Hurricane Simon. A Cabo San Lucas call failed on 12 Oct, when weather made the water shuttles unsafe. The captain's 13 Oct letter set another Cabo try for 14 Oct, 7am to 5pm in Cruise Hive's quotation. Cruise Hive, Cruise Industry News, and CruiseNews.io say AIS showed the ship anchored at Cabo. Ensenada is added Saturday 17 Oct, 8am to 5pm. Carnival tours for the two cancelled ports refund to the onboard account. Cruise Hive names that account Sail & Sign. Cabo tours move to the Wednesday call. The reports do not print a fare refund or a flat credit. A tour bought outside Carnival is outside that automatic refund. Cruise Hive says the ship called La Paz on Tuesday 13 Oct. The other two outlets do not mention that call. Polo and Rachel changed the 26 Sep sailing, already on this site. The $300 Sail & Sign credit belongs to that Rachel sailing. The Simon letter these outlets quote does not include it.

Carnival will price drink packages and Wi-Fi by sailing length, itinerary, and season starting Dec. 1, 2026. The 14 Oct newsroom post prints no new range. On the pages checked 15 Oct, pre-cruise CHEERS! is $69.95 per person per day plus 20 percent, which is $83.94. CHEERS! Zero Proof is $29.99. Wi-Fi starts at $20.40, $23.80, and $25.50. Carnival's FAQ lists Bottomless Bubbles at $6.95 for children and $9.50 for adults. Cruise Hive prints $11.99 for adults. USA Today and Cruise Hive describe a $90 multi-device plan. The internet page retrieved that day did not show it. Four FunPacks, Kidstarter $25, Zero Proof $50, Social $60, and Epic $99, can be booked through Oct. 30 for sailings from Oct. 31, 2026 through Dec. 31, 2027. CHEERS! Social, three alcoholic drinks a day plus unlimited non-alcoholic drinks, is sold only inside the Social FunPack. Carnival has not said a purchase before Dec. 1 freezes today's rate. The CHEERS! page says a day-of-sailing price change can replace the advertised price.

Royal Caribbean's 14 Oct release opens a 2028-29 Europe season on seven ships. Rhapsody of the Seas is the year-round ship, from Piraeus, Barcelona, and Lisbon, with Canary Islands cruises from November 2028. Explorer sails from Ravenna, Freedom from Southampton, and Jewel from Copenhagen and Stockholm through August. Liberty sails from Barcelona, Piraeus, and Civitavecchia. Mariner sails from Barcelona, Lisbon, Piraeus, and Ravenna, with no months printed. Odyssey sails from Civitavecchia starting in April. The release says Heraklion and Cagliari return for the first time in more than a decade. Crown & Anchor could book on 14 Oct. The public opening is Thursday 15 Oct. No fare is printed. Royal Caribbean Blog says this first list has no Oasis Class ship and no Legend of the Seas, and that a later drop could add ships. The release does not say those ships are excluded. The 19 Sep post on this site put Europe Part 1 in the week of 12 Oct.

If you are on Panorama, check Sail & Sign and the Saturday Ensenada call. If you want a FunPack, the window ends Oct. 30. If you want a 2028 Europe cruise, open the ship named in the release.
