Oasis of the Seas delayed into Cape Liberty, Port Canaveral cancelled

Oasis of the Seas is running late into Cape Liberty, New Jersey. Cruise Hive reported the delay on 19 Sep 2026, citing Royal Caribbean guest messaging after two medical evacuations that sent the ship back toward Nassau.

You should expect arrival around 2pm on Sunday 20 Sep 2026. Debarkation is set to start around 2:30pm. The original window was closer to 6am. Build buffer into airport transfers and rides if you leave that morning.

The following embarkation is also late. Royal told guests the delay looks like seven to eight hours. Everyone is expected onboard by 9:30pm. Plan food, childcare, and luggage drop around a long afternoon, not a morning check-in.

Port Canaveral is cancelled

Tuesday 22 Sep 2026 Port Canaveral becomes a sea day. That cut is the biggest itinerary hit for guests already booked on the next cruise.
