MSC opens the Grand Hamptons Villa on World Atlantic

MSC Cruises opened one new suite on 21 Oct 2026. The Grand Hamptons Villa is only on MSC World Atlantic. It sleeps up to eight, and it is on sale for the ship’s November 2027 season from Port Canaveral. The ship itself is the subject of the float-out post.
The international release says more than 230 square metres. The US release says more than 2,475 square feet. That is one threshold, written in two units. Neither release prints a fare.
What you are booking
There is one villa. Both releases say it is the only one, and that it sails only on MSC World Atlantic. The pattern is alternating 7-night and 14-night Eastern and Western Caribbean cruises from Port Canaveral, including Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve.
The month in today’s releases is November 2027. They do not print a day. The ship page, read 22 Oct, says the ship debuts in Port Canaveral in winter 2027. The 13 Nov 2027 date is older. It is in the December 2025 US sales release, which the float-out post already covers. Do not treat 13 Nov as a line in today’s villa announcement.
The image on this page is the rendering MSC distributed with the US release. The ship is still fitting out. It is not a photograph of a finished cabin.

The layout in both releases is a primary suite, a kids’ suite, a double cabin, and a separate twin bedroom. The kids’ suite has custom bunk beds, a screen for each bunk, and a private bathroom. The primary suite has a walk-in closet, a vanity, and a balcony with an outdoor shower.
The loft has the cinema, a digital gaming table, and a LEGO wall. A climbing tower leads to a play area with a secret door that the releases say changes every day. The terrace has lounge seating and deck games. A private kitchenette and a bar are in the living area. A library is named.
The ship page, read 22 Oct, places the villa on the aft corner. Those two words are not in the 21 Oct releases. The same page’s Yacht Club cabin block prints about 15 to 104 square metres for the suites it sizes there. The villa is named on its own, without a square-metre line in that block. Use the release for the villa’s size. Use the ship page for the aft corner.
What is included, and what is not priced
Both releases put the villa inside the MSC Yacht Club. The included list is 24-hour butler and concierge service, access to the Yacht Club areas, a dedicated cleaning team, the Premium Extra Drinks package, a Fun Pass, unlimited specialty dining, and Wi-Fi.
No price sits next to any of those. Unlimited specialty dining means you still need the release’s own words. It does not print which restaurants, or a limit on covers. Open the booking before you count a restaurant as free.
The ship page adds a shore perk the releases do not: private access to Ocean House Beach at Ocean Cay. That sentence is on the Yacht Club block of the ship page. It is not in the 21 Oct announcement.
The ship page’s other numbers
The villa releases do not print a gross tonnage or a guest count. The ship page, read 22 Oct, does. It prints 215.863 gross tons, 6.762 passengers, 2.626 cabins, and 2.138 crew, with a dot as the thousands separator. Read that as 215,863 gross tons and 6,762 passengers. The page says the figures can change and have to be checked when you book.
The float-out post records that the 30 Sep 2026 release printed neither a guest count nor a tonnage, and that Cruise Hive that day printed 6,758 guests. The ship page’s 6,762 is a later MSC number. It is not a correction printed in today’s villa release.
What this means if you want the villa
You are booking one cabin, for up to eight people, on a ship that enters service in November 2027. The space to quote is more than 230 square metres, which is the same floor as more than 2,475 square feet. The fare is whatever the sailing shows. It is not in the release.
Count the kids’ suite, the double cabin, and the twin bedroom before you assume eight beds of one type. The ship page says this villa is one of the cabins whose bed does not convert from a double to two singles. Read that line on the booking.
