Carnival opened 2028-29 bookings from Baltimore on 29 Oct 2026. The newsroom post puts Carnival Luminosa and Carnival Miracle on sailings of six to 14 days, through April 2029. Cruise Industry News the same day tracks that opening.
The photo is the newsroom file named Carnival Miracle. The page does not say when it was taken, and it does not place the ship in Baltimore.
When each ship is there
Luminosa’s Baltimore debut is November 2028. The newsroom post says she arrives fresh from dry dock, with refreshed spaces, and sails through April 2029. It does not print the dry-dock dates or the first departure day inside November.
Cruise Industry News adds that Luminosa is in a scheduled 30-day dry dock in Singapore now. That sentence is the article’s. The newsroom post does not mention Singapore. A dry dock in October 2026 and a refresh before a November 2028 debut are not the same sentence. This post does not treat them as one yard period.
Miracle’s new sailings run from September 2028 through April 2029. Cruise Industry News calls 2028-29 the second season with two Carnival ships in Baltimore, and says 2027-28 pairs Pride and Miracle. The newsroom post does not mention Pride.
Luminosa’s last Australian voyage is a separate note. Carnival Luminosa and Adventure leave Australia in March 2028 records a final Sydney departure on 15 March 2028. This Baltimore release does not reprint that date, and it does not fill the months between March and November 2028.

What this means if you are booking
Open the date on carnival.com, or call 1-800-CARNIVAL. The release prints no fare. If you want Luminosa, the first month in this post is November 2028, not the March 2028 Sydney finale. If you want fall color, Miracle’s two Canada and New England cruises are the September 2028 pair, and the named ports are Portland, Halifax, and Saint John.
