Mein Schiff 3 is not leaving Bremerhaven for a cruise this weekend. TUI’s notice, stamped 29 Oct 2026 at 6.00 pm, says the ship is expected to move to the Lloyd Werft Bremerhaven pier on Sunday 1 Nov. The page does not label a time zone, and it does not print a clock for Sunday.
Cruise Industry News on 29 Oct, and Splash, Adis Ajdin, on 30 Oct, report the same pier plan. The photo on this page is the lead image on the Cruise Industry News story. That page does not name a photographer. The caption does not date the frame to the 25 Oct incident. TUI’s own page image is a generic fleet illustration, so it is not used here.
What TUI has already decided
The notice says no one was injured on 25 Oct in Bremerhaven, and that guests were able to leave the ship. It says the current cruise to the Canary Islands is cancelled. It does not print how many nights that cruise was, and it does not print a refund amount.
Splash calls that sailing a 20-night Canary Islands cruise and says it was already cancelled. Cruise Industry News calls it the planned trip to the Canaries and does not print a length. Use the TUI page for the cancellation. Use Splash only for the 20 nights.
The notice says the damage includes lifesaving equipment. Before the next voyage, the required lifesaving capacity has to be available for everyone on board. It does not name the boats, a part, or a date when that capacity will be back.
Cruise Industry News describes a collision with a container ship while the ship was leaving Bremerhaven in rough conditions. Splash describes a collision with two containerships and calls the ship 99,526 gross tons. The TUI page says “the incident” and does not print a ship count or a tonnage. This post does not choose between one ship and two.
The cruise that is still on the website
TUI says it expects a clearer picture at the beginning of next week, then it will tell booked guests and partners whether later cruises are affected, and by how much. Monday 2 Nov is the start of that week. The notice does not name the sailings under review.
Cruise Industry News says the next cruise on TUI’s site is a 14-night Enchanting Norway itinerary, 14 to 28 Nov 2026, roundtrip from Bremerhaven. Splash names the same 14 Nov departure and says TUI has not confirmed it.
The German booking page, read 30 Oct 2026, still lists that cruise. The title is Zauberhaftes Norwegen. The dates are 14 Nov to 28 Nov 2026 on Mein Schiff 3. The from-price on that page is €2,199 per person for an interior cabin, with a flight example at €2,754. Example shore excursions name Bremerhaven, Nordfjordeid (Eidsfjord), Narvik, and Honningsvåg (North Cape). Those names are examples. They are not a full itinerary, and the page does not say the cruise is cancelled.
A fare that is still on sale is not a promise the ship will be ready. The lifesaving line in the notice applies before the next voyage, and TUI has not said the 14 Nov cruise is that voyage.
What this means if you are booked
If you were on the Canary Islands cruise, the notice says it is cancelled. The refund figure is not on that page. Use the message TUI already sent you.
If you hold 14 Nov, or a Mein Schiff 3 cruise after it, wait for the note TUI says is coming at the beginning of next week. Do not treat the €2,199 listing as a decision. The Sunday move is to a repair pier in the same port, not a cruise departure.
Facts above follow TUI’s notice stamped 29 Oct 2026 and the booking page read 30 Oct 2026. The Enchanting Norway label follows Cruise Industry News. The 20-night line and the tonnage follow Splash.
