Celebrity Constellation replaces Kotor with Bar on 21 Sep cruise

Celebrity Constellation drops Kotor on the 21 Sep 2026 Best of Italy and Croatia sailing from Rome. Celebrity’s own guest letter is the Tier 1 record. Deep Arrival matches the same Kotor-to-Bar language on that letter.
What the letter changes
You still sail from Civitavecchia at 5:00pm on Monday 21 Sep. Livorno, Salerno, Messina, Split, Zadar, and Ravenna stay on the published table in the letter.
Dubrovnik moves to a Monday call, 7:00am to 8:00pm. Tuesday’s Montenegro day is Bar, not Kotor, 7:00am to 7:00pm. Celebrity cites a berth conflict in Dubrovnik as the reason.
That is a city swap, not a small retiming. If your shore plan only worked from the Kotor pier, rewrite it.
Line tours versus private plans
Celebrity tells guests who already bought Celebrity shore excursions that they do not need to cancel those products. The letter says Kotor-planned tours still run, with times adjusted, because Bar sits close enough for that model.
That cover applies to Celebrity inventory in the app or My Celebrity Cruises. It does not cover a private driver, yacht, or walking tour that assumed a Kotor pier pickup.
Contact those vendors now. Ask for a Bar pickup quote or a written cancel. Screenshot the Celebrity letter when you email them.
Check your own sail date
Deep Arrival reviewed other Constellation Adriatic letters on Celebrity’s modifications board. Some dates keep different fixes. One October example it cites replaces Dubrovnik with Brindisi and still lists Kotor.
Open the PDF that matches your embarkation date before you change money. Do not copy the 21 Sep table onto a later booking.
What you should do
If you board Constellation today, treat Bar as Tuesday’s Montenegro call. Re-read excursion meeting times in the Celebrity app as the port day nears. Rebuild any independent Montenegro day around a 7:00pm Bar all-aboard, not a Kotor pier walk-back. Facts above track Celebrity’s 21 Sep 2026 guest letter, with Deep Arrival’s board review for the date-check warning.
