The short answerCelebrity Constellation's 12 Oct 2026 sailing from Rome (Civitavecchia) drops Dubrovnik because of a berth scheduling conflict. Brindisi replaces it on Tuesday 20 Oct, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The cruise still ends in Ravenna on 23 Oct. Celebrity says it will automatically refund Dubrovnik shore excursions booked with the line, back to the original form of payment.

Celebrity Constellation drops Dubrovnik on the sailing that leaves Rome on 12 Oct. Celebrity’s guest letter says a berth scheduling conflict in Dubrovnik is the reason. Brindisi, Italy, takes that day. Deep Arrival, dated 11 Oct 2026, matches the letter on the swap, the hours, and the refund.

What does the letter change?

The ship still leaves Civitavecchia at 5:00 PM on Monday 12 Oct. It still ends in Ravenna at 6:00 AM on Friday 23 Oct. That is an 11-night cruise. Dubrovnik is the port that comes off.

Livorno is an overnight, Tuesday morning through Wednesday 7:00 PM. Kotor stays on Monday 19 Oct, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Brindisi is Tuesday 20 Oct, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Friday 16 Oct is printed in the letter as “Amalfi Cost, Italy,” 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Deep Arrival reads that line as Salerno.

The letter does not name the other ship in the Dubrovnik berth conflict.

The 21 Sep Constellation letter swapped Kotor for Bar. This 12 Oct letter keeps Kotor and replaces Dubrovnik. Open the PDF that matches your embarkation date.

What gets refunded?

Celebrity’s words: if you pre-purchased Celebrity shore excursions, there is nothing you need to do. The line will automatically refund any excursions booked for Dubrovnik, back to the original form of payment.

The letter does not give a number of days for that refund. It also does not offer a fare credit or onboard credit for the port change. Watch the card you used. If the credit is missing, ask Celebrity.

That automatic refund is for excursions booked with Celebrity. A walking tour, driver, restaurant, or transfer you bought from someone else needs a call to that company. Give them the 12 Oct sailing and the lost Dubrovnik day. Ask for the cancellation terms in writing.

The letter points guests to Brindisi excursions in the Celebrity app or on My Celebrity Cruises. A Dubrovnik tour does not turn into a Brindisi tour by itself.

What can you do in Brindisi?

The call is 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. That is the ship’s window. It is shorter once you leave the gangway and come back.

The letter suggests the waterfront near the Roman Columns at the end of the Appian Way, a trip inland to the trulli at Alberobello, or a boat along the Apulian coast. Alberobello needs a transfer and a margin before the 5:00 PM departure. The letter does not promise a shuttle.

What this means for you

If you are on this sailing, treat Tuesday 20 Oct as Brindisi, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Leave Dubrovnik plans off this cruise. Wait for the Celebrity refund if the tour was bought from Celebrity. Call any private Dubrovnik vendor before 20 Oct. If someone is meeting you in Croatia, tell them the ship calls Kotor, Split, and Zadar, and the Dubrovnik day is now Brindisi. Kotor is still Monday 19 Oct. Facts above follow Celebrity’s guest letter for this sailing, read 12 Oct 2026, with Deep Arrival’s 11 Oct report for the Salerno reading of the Friday line.
