Disney Dream cruise ship

The short answerDisney Dream is a Disney cruise ship grouped on this site with Disney Fantasy in the Dream class. Disney's technical information sheet lists 129,690 gross tons, a length of 339.8 meters (1,114.7 feet), builder Meyer Werft in Papenburg, keel laid August 2009, and delivery in December 2010.

That sheet does not print a guest count. This page does not repeat an older maximum, because that number is not on the sheet. This database still carries 2011 as the in-service year. The sheet lists delivery in December 2010 and does not print a maiden-voyage date.

The sheet was retrieved from Disney Cruise Line Blog, which hosts the Disney document. Figures below are the ones printed on that sheet.

This page uses that sheet, Disney's ship and dining pages, and the CDC green sheet. It does not describe a sailing we took.

Dining

Disney's Dream ship page names Enchanted Garden, Animator's Palate, Palo Steakhouse, and Enchanté by Chef Arnaud Lallement. Disney's Animator's Palate page says that restaurant is a main dining room in rotational dining, and it has a section written for Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy. Disney's Royal Palace page says Royal Palace is a main dining room in rotational dining on all Disney ships. Disney's Enchanted Garden page uses that same all-ships line. Confirm the rotational set on your sailing, because an all-ships sentence can lag a new ship.

Those pages do not print prices.

CDC score

The CDC Vessel Sanitation Program green sheet, checked 27 Sep 2026, lists Disney Dream at 100 from an inspection on 2 May 2026. The sheet says scores of 85 or lower are not satisfactory. A score is one unannounced inspection. It is not a rating of every later sailing.
