Royal Caribbean sets 2028-2029 itinerary release weeks

Royal Caribbean published the first booking windows for 2028-2029 deployments. Cruise Hive carried the schedule on 17 Sep 2026 after the line shared it with travel agents and on Facebook.

The three confirmed weeks

2028 Alaska opens the week of 28 Sep 2026. Expect the full Alaska season in that wave, not a sample week.

2028 Europe Part 1 opens the week of 12 Oct 2026. Part 1 means a portion of Europe, not every European sailing for the year.

2028 seven-night summer Caribbean opens the week of 2 Nov 2026. Shorter Caribbean product is not in that drop.

Each date is a target week. Inventory can appear any day that week. Agent systems often see cabins before the public site.

What is still marked coming soon

Cruise Hive listed Asia, Australia, Bermuda, Hawaii, Mexican Riviera, Bahamas, Canada and New England, shorter Caribbean, canal itineraries, repositioning voyages, and transatlantic or transpacific crossings as still unscheduled. Royal called those remaining plans coming soon.

Fall 2028 through winter 2029 coverage for those regions will land later. Do not assume a November Caribbean drop includes your three-night Bahamas hunt.

New hardware hanging over Europe

Oasis-class ship number seven and Icon-class ship number five are expected around 2028. Those deliveries can reshape how Royal splits Europe and which hulls sit in the Caribbean. When Europe Part 1 posts, read the ship names as carefully as the ports.

Itineraries can still move

Published deployments are not frozen. Royal can retimetable after the on-sale date. Book the cabin you still want if a port swaps, then watch for change notices.

What you should do

Put three reminders on your calendar: Alaska week of 28 Sep 2026, Europe Part 1 week of 12 Oct, seven-night Caribbean week of 2 Nov. Tell your travel agent to watch their system overnight during those weeks. Everyone else waiting on Hawaii, Australia, or short Caribbean product should hold fire until Royal posts those windows.
