Fincantieri's product page says 133,500 tons in the introduction and prints 133,596 in the specification table on the same page. Carnival's public figure is 133,500. Use Carnival's number for the line's capacity claims, and treat 133,596 as the builder's table figure.
Carnival.com lists length as 1,055 feet. Fincantieri lists length overall as 323.4 meters. This page does not convert one into the other.
Fincantieri lists 1,987 passenger cabins and a maximum of 6,538 persons on board. That persons figure is larger than Carnival's guest capacity of 3,960. Do not read 6,538 as double occupancy.
This page uses those published pages and the CDC green sheet. It does not describe a sailing we took.

Cabins
Carnival sorts staterooms into interior, ocean view, balcony, and suite headings, then repeats many of them as Havana, Cloud 9 Spa, or Family Harbor versions. Havana headings say guests must be 12 or older. Family Harbor headings list a lounge, kids-eat-free at most specialty restaurants, and one evening of Night Owls babysitting. Cloud 9 headings list thermal-suite access and priority spa bookings. The page does not print square footage in those headings.
Fincantieri's cabin table, which is a count rather than a name list, shows 729 standard inside cabins, 883 balcony cabins, 64 window cabins, 215 window deluxe and family cabins, 49 suites, 8 penthouse suites, and 25 fully accessible cabins.
- Interior, porthole, and upper/lower layouts

CDC score
The CDC Vessel Sanitation Program green sheet, checked 27 Sep 2026, lists Carnival Horizon at 95 from an inspection on 8 Feb 2026. The sheet says scores of 85 or lower are not satisfactory. A score is one unannounced inspection. It is not a rating of every later sailing.
